Still for sale is the same as bumping, plus rules are you can only advertise 3 items a day.

If you check the dates the adverts were put on, they comply with the max 3 per day rule.

As for the still for sale is bumping thing, is it really necessary to remove the ad and re-upload everything from scratch? Surely limited bumping should be allowed, otherwise you pit things on and they're on page 8 a few days later forgotten about and unsold.

If theyre forgotten about and unsold, its because youre asking too much for it. Bumping is very very annoying.

My items are priced reasonably. Besides, nothing to stop people making an offer.

If people were bumping everyday I'd understand. But once since the advert was published?

Honestly, I don’t mind if you bump your ad. I think the price is fair and your picnic basket is charming. Most people reading these Adverts don’t need anything so there’s a limited number of possible buyers. Try the Costablanca forum too.
If you can’t sell it, you could put the basket to a different use. I have lovely artificial plants in mine and it looks perfect in my hall. At Christmas time, a couple of poinsettias look spectacular too.
Try market place on Facebook and someone may be fortunate enough to see your lovely picnic basket and be happy to buy it from you. Good luck.
