I’m using Amazon lockers by the arches for the first time it says you get a six digit number and bar code but I can’t find either on the confirmation email any ideas please

You will get an email with the number/barcode when the package has been delivered to the amazon locker.

If you are using the 6 digit number, please make sure that you press the "entrar" button (top right on the keyboard) first, followed by the 6 digits

Good advice. That caught me out the first time I used it, I couldn't see the screen because of the sun. Just hit any digit first, before inputting your 6 digit code.

I guess it's for accessibility but personally I find the entry keypad uncomfortably low and when a low sun is shining on it quite difficult to see properly.

I'm guessing too that you should be able to open the box with the bar code in the email but I've tried a few times with no success.

That's how the Amazon drivers deposit the packages, they read the barcode with the scanner above the keypad and the relevant box opens, seen them do it.

You can change the language from Spanish to English by pressing the globe icon in the bottom right hand corner
