Motorised Persiana repair

Our motorised persiana needs a repair. The motor seems OK but it sounds like a rachet or cogs are slipping and it all ends up fully down.

Can anyone recommend someone who can repair it?

We had same issue a few years ago. Called Aspect Shutters, excellent service and repaired very quickly. TEL: 617 590 527 they also have a website.
