I am looking for a person who knows about Immergas EOLO Star 24 3 E boilers. My Mum has a gas bottle connected to her boiler to provide hot water and for some reason the temperature/thermostat has stopped working and only running cold water. Have had a plumber come out and test the gas flow etc and all seems OK but they didn't know about this kind of boiler so couldn't fix it. Can anybody help? Thanks.

Call these people, they have a lady who speaks English if you cannot speak Spanish. They are boiler gas engineers.

fst of all, double-check the thermostat settings and ensure the power supply is stable. Try resetting the boiler and inspect for any error codes displayed. Confirm the gas supply is connected correctly and free of leaks.
