Electricity Supplier

Since moving to Rojales in March my electricity supply is by Iberdrola, the cost of which is double what I paid in France.
My new inquiries have led me to a Company Energy Nordic Communication.
Today I received an email from them detailing their costs. It seems too good to be true and I am hoping that the Forum will advise me before I commit myself

We have adjusted our prices to provide you with a unique opportunity to save on your electricity bill:

• Average Price 2.0TD (up to 15 kW) for December: € 0.1026 per kilowatt.
• Average Price 3.0TD (more than 15 kW) for December: € 0.1027 per kilowatt.

These are exceptional prices that will enable you to optimize your energy expenses and save on your monthly bills.

Looks good but is that a time limited offer for the first few month? It needs asking personally I am with Siesta and have been for som five years and still happy with them.

We went to the Iberdrola desk at Habeneras & got a better deal than we were on. 12 cents PK 24/7

I have heard of a similar type of set up, it turned out that the cost of the electric was cheap, but you end up paying far more in management costs. End result was you end up paying more than the original costs to iberdrola. So check for hidden fees.

As far as I’m aware iberdrola is the one and only company that is reliable for its costs. The trick is to check with them to be on the right tarif. Also, check what you have plugged in 24/7 as well what you are using, all compared to what you had switched on in France. Good luck
