just been asked if they are open tomorrow (Friday) said i have no idea so would ask on here.

It's called The Food Co Supermarket and it is at 1 Calle Vigo in Ciudad Quesada. The easiest way to get to it is from the roundabout at the Arches entry. It is behind the big Consum store and the petrol station. Well worth a visit. A lifesaver for us as it stocks Chicago Town Pepperoni pizzas for our fussy eater.

When are all the other shops staying open and when are they closing if anyone knows

Supermarkets are open on Sunday 24th
Consum closes 1430
Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona close at 1500
Overseas (Iceland San Fulgencio) and Food Co (Quesada) close at 1700 and Boxing Day at 1800.
