How do i find my email address have lost it.

As you are logged on here, go to User Control Panel under the User Menu to the left.
Click the tab Profile.
Then Edit Account Settings and your email address is there.

for some reason its changed thats why i could not find it.

That'll be the sneaky Christmas email Grinch that creeps in when you're asleep and moves letters around in email accounts.
Either that or you have woken up in the Twilight Zone.

If was a Gmail account you could try using this;

http://accounts.google.com/signin/usernamerecovery

Or for similar for another provider you can Google how to locate the email address and follow steps
