Nope, I'm using it on here at this very moment. Give them a ring, they are usually very quick at sorting things out.

We had problems yesterday but then a message came up on the screen apologising saying that they were having technical difficulties. Ours is all OK now.

There was a rare blip yesterday afternoon but it didn't last long. I was watching Netflix when it went down so didn't notice it immediately.

I though that the download function wasn't working after the outage but having just checked it again it's fine.
