Gas Ariston boiler

Hi everyone, I’m in need of assistance asap if anyone can help. My Ariston gas boiler has stopped working, it’s displaying an error code of A1. If I turn it off and on again it the starts to click, can someone help as we’ve got no hot water. TIA Jamie

i have a ariston boiler and according to my booklet , you need to turn everything offf then on again
If that doesnt work there is this guy who apparently is v. good

Thanks Peter. In terms of turning everything off, does that suggest at the on off switch or another form as I’ve done that, it then clicks when on again mate

from what ive read it is as yove said and also the gas supply

Was using the wrong gas supply, found out the boiled was only using the one bottle which was too low for the winter months

was it propane or butane & which one are you now using for the winter months ?

It was butane but swapped to propane as it lasts longer in the winter months
