Lost driving licence

A good start to my holiday! Went shopping and my Spanish licence has fallen out of my phone ‘wallet’!
I will report it to the Local Police but can anyone advise what I can do to replace it or show the link to request a replacement.
Will I have to go to Alicante? TIA

And when you get the replacement make a laminated photocopy of it to carry around (if you must at all) and leave the original at home, ditto your TIE or residencia.

If you install the MiDGT app on your phone your DL is in that and is perfectly valid in that form so you need not carry it at all be it original or copy!

My partner can't get it onto her phone either, we think it is because she doesn't have NFC on her phone.
In settings go into "connection & sharing" see if you have NFC listed, it might!! just need enabling.

Can you get the dgt app in english ?

Not that I'm aware of.

BTW Bee NFC has nothing whatsoever to do with installing MiDGT so don't waste any time on enabling it.

You will however need a Digital Certificate.
