So weird that none of you had this issue. Is there any chance you were not looking for the regulated price bottles? I was using the steel repsol butano and wanted the regulated price. I was not wanting to be ripped off paying extra on top.

It was the heavy one, the regulated one. The lightweights are not regulated, and usually more expensive as a result.
