Lebara phone credit

Can anyone please tell me if their Lebara phone credit supplier is up and running today.
I have been trying to use my phone which was fine yesterday and today both my phone & my Husbands are coming up as not on the network

We've had problems periodically when we have had to call and check on why payment hasn't been taken. You can call them even if your credit has run out.
In fact last month our payment wouldn't go through (we're with Sabadell) and they said they had had issues with payments from them. On checking with the bank they said not but I count pay even manually with my card. Ended up using our wise card and hope all is ok next time. Good Luck!

Thank you for coming back to us .
We have ‘pay as you go’ so our bank does not have any part in it.
It has come back now so not sure what caused the problem
