Firework rules

Firework rules

Postby Jansl » Fri Dec 29, 2023 5:19 pm

We have renters in the villa next door who've decided to hold dress rehearsals for the New Year. To add to the authenticity they think midnight is the perfect time, looks like very night.

Are they allowed to do this on nights other than special events, New Year etc?

We don't live in a community so don't have the benefit of asking a president, anybody know?

It's Spain. Something you'll have to get used to as it can be a nightly occurrence. Special occasions? Managed to get a cut price piece fish - special occasion for the fireworks. Dog's birthday - special occasion for the fireworks and so on.

Seems like any day with a d in it is an excuse.

As a geriatric metalhead I could lend out some of my Rammstein or Judas Priest collection for a short time.Sadly my old friend and her Des O'Connor is no longer with us.

If the Rojales council sets there fireworks off before 11pm,
You would think them are the rules,
As is the excessive noise disturbance not allowed after 11pm or before 8am ,
According to local police information when i asked.
If its excessive noise at any time
Ring the police they will decide.
