Interesting they say the special electricity tax rises to 2.5% as Informacion reported it was to stay at 0.5%.

The sales on Vinted, Etsy etc have also been brought in for UK but you only pay tax on any profit you make. Has always attracted sales tax in some US states.

Back to more than 50 a month for my electricity, I think. Also note the cap on electricity has been binned so, if you haven't got a contract with a fixed price, you could see your bills going up (or down if that ever happens).
