First time renewal of Spanish driving licence.

In fairness, although the lady spoke good English, I think it was a misunderstanding. We said we wanted to change licence and she asked for our SIP card and then declared we were in the wrong centre!!

You were obviously at La Siesta centro de salud which is not the correct place. You have to go to Clinica La Siesta which is next to the bowls centre on the side of the water park.

But don't be too downhearted. It's the first place I went to 5 years ago but the lady at the medical centre told me the correct place.
