iptv freezing up

Anyone having a problem with their iptv box freezing up. Can't turn it off with the remote. My bandwidth is OK, Netflix and amazon tv fine. Telly OK.

Could be a overheating problem
Remove the plug from the socket ans leave it turned off for a couple of hours

Without stating your IPTV provider your question is unanswerable.

Which box do you have?

If it is heat leaving it off for a while will only be a temporary fix as it will simply overheat again.

Does it in fact work after a power off?
