External metal handrail

Hi

I am considering having an additional single handrail ,black metal, to my external staircase,it will be fixed to the wall. Has anyone an idea of how much this is likely to cost per meter as a guide .

My husband bought 2 lengths of 40mm plastic water pipes,metal brackets a 40 mm joining connector & 2 40mm blank ends,all from Leroys in La Zenia for around €25 for the lot.screwed them to the wall,job done.paint it if you want or just leave it in grey,Been on a while no problems & no rust.
