Whats peoples views on Implants

Dentist asked me to consider it but it's not noticeable it's at back on side ,
Anyone decide not get it done and did they have any issues then ?thanks

if you have a full set of teeth and you lose one , no problem .

its when you lose several and then give up peanuts , but !! peanut butter is ok .

If you can afford it then get it done. You must have enough bone or they would not have reccommended it. Several years down the line and more teeth lost, you may not have enough bone for an implant.

I had three implants done about 5 years ago. It's a 2 to 3 month procedure, but absolutely worthwhile on one condition. Make sure you go to a quality dentist. People who go for a bargain price often have problems

Who's the best quality dentist in the area? I wanted to get a tooth implant here in the UK and was going to end up paying about £3000 for it. It's a lot of money, but if a quality Spanish dentist can do the same job for less, I would like to wait until I make the move.
