Simon has closed up now as the landlords doubled his rent. He is opening a new plave in (I believe) La Marina in a couple of weeks. It is currently being fitted out.

Rent was not doubled according to Paul the landlord he was paying 400 it went up to 500, left without paying the bills and place in a mess.
