Warning - painkiller Nolotil available in Spain.

It's in the paper today a father aged 42 was given Nolotil in Alicante spain after complaining of arm pain after playing golf, he suffered a reaction and died

That's shocking as this has been know about for a long time. Then again, one of the Spanish papers said pharmacies had banned it for N Europeans but the Observer bought two packets OTC in Javea with no questions asked.

The adverse reaction has also been reported in the Spanish press so it should be common knowledge but especially amongst medical staff.
