Does the big Chinese shop just after Quesada fish and chips open on Sunday’s ?

No.

I think that's only on certain days around the holidays. Large stores are not allowed to open on Sundays in the Valencia Region and they were open a couple of weeks ago when the holidays and sales started. Same with other places and I've been passed it on Sundays and it's not open. Only shops in designated tourist areas can open on Sundays.

However, they may have a special dispensation but I've not seen it open on normal Sundays.

They have a sign up outside saying Closed on Sundays.

You’ll find some of the smaller chinos open on Sundays.
The ones on Av de Naccionales are usually open Sunday mornings

Due to trading laws, majority of shops are now closed on Sunday.
Easter will be the next time they're allowed to open
