Recommendations IPTV provider for Firestick

Any recommendations please for an IPTV supplier for Firestick ? Loads of problems again with our current Provider, buffering, freezing and no catch-up tv, so only getting half the package we paid for.

Have you cleared the caches on your firestick?
If not that may cause your problem.
