Marriage celebrant

Hi there, Some friends of ours in the UK have expressed a wish to bd married by civil ceremony over here.

Need to make contact with an English ( or English-speaking) celebrant. Someone who can supply all the info regarding the rules, regulations and I'm assuming considerable paperwork required.

Also be interested to hear from anyone who's been down this road, and their experiences.
