Tv fire stick (tv Mike)

We purchased a fire stick from tv Mike at zocco market last week. It has stopped working after 1 week with a message saying account invalid! Has anyone experienced this as we have tried to message with no avail .

Most likely it has been only setup as a trial have you not got a telephone number to ring
I did see in the media that his upline had been visited by the law in UK

Thanks for coming back to me the number that we have goes through to answer machine but no one is getting back to us!

What you paid him would be a good indication of what you actually bought.

Typically these people demand inflated prices for a device followed by an ongoing charge, rarely less than €15/mth or €180/pa, for the service.

We have had one for several weeks with no problems but recently the ‘catch up’ stopped working on some programs. Now catch up has stopped working all together and when we try to use it we get a message saying ‘no tv archive found’.

When I was after one found much much cheaper suppliers than the folks that stand the markets. Subscription fees were much higher than we ended up paying. And bought from a high st retailer where you can go if there are problems. Messages back when we encounter problems straight away!

Try looking at Television Technology- their service is second to none. I’ve had a package off them for many years.
I recently contacted them asking to add an additional channel to their list. Within 12 hours of my email the additional channel had been added.
