Cholesterol Tips

I take Red Yeast Rice tablets. You can buy them in health food shops or on line. My diet was alredy healthy but the cholesterol was creeping up. The tablets brought it down.

I second that, i have a large bowl every morning , summer and winter ,
I also take white tea daily and a slice of raw ginger, as well as the apple a day and other fruit
I really believe this combination keeps me relatively healthy combined with walking the dog as excercise
I actually feel healthier and fitter than i did 10 years ago
Despite having diabetes 2 my last blood test showed everything was normal, at least physically

What strength or make were they

I think it depends on the person,
I knew a guy, fairly active all his life into his 80s,always had 3 sugars in his tea
He ate bacon & eggs every morning, eggs cooked in bacon fat,
Ate a cheese sandwich every day,in between meals
Always had real butter on his bread,had breakfast, dinner& tea and supper , wasn't overweight, died of old age ;,#very rarely visited a doctor,

All the foregoing proves that the only place you should seek medical advice from is your doctor, or other medical professional, not internet forums!

Good morning everyone.
My husband had very high cholesterol some years ago and read that if he ate BAKED BEANS his cholesterol would come down. I believe he also ate grapefruits. Within a couple of months, his cholesterol had dropped dramatically. Doctor couldn’t believe it.
