Salvado de Avena - Oat Bran - Available in the cereals dept of Mercadona.
4 dessert spoons over your cereal in the morning.
Just plumb in ‘Oat Bran’ to Google, you’ll find all you need to know.

Plants. It’s the fibres in plants that bring down cholesterol. Oats are excellent and are dose dependant, the more you eat, the more they work and on that basis choose whole grain pasta, rice and bread. There’s a free app called ‘Dr Gregor’s Daily Dozen’ that lists things he suggests you give priority in your diet, before you fill up on other foods. Worked great for us
If you get the same results, you should see a big drop in a couple of weeks.

Plenty of oats in your breakfast diet - a bowl of porridge every day keeps the doctor away

I had very high cholesterol levels and started eating a variety of nuts for breakfast.
My cholesterol levels are now considered to be normal.
The following website has some detailed information about lowering cholesterol levels

My friends was very high, she eat all the right things, eat good quality food, no processed rubbish, made her own bread and biscuits so she knew what was in it, was very skinny, some people cant seem do anything to lower it.

One of my friends who is only in his 30s had a very high cholesterol. His doctor gave him special diet for six months to find out the cause of it before give him medication.
The diet was no red meat, sweet or chocolate, and no alcohol.
Instead nuts, veggies, oat meal (as suggested by the other members), white meat, brown rice/bread and exercise.
It did work for him & he doesn't need to use any medication.
Good luck
