The Plaza box is a Freeview box not Freesat and looks like the Big Sat box is just a normal Satelite box as well, can you show a photo of back where connections are please
Freesat signal comes via a Satelite dish, Freeview comes from an Aerial not a Dish and the signal is for the UK only
