Hi
I've seen quite a few builders bags filled with garden waste, clippings etc around the bins. Is it true that we can leave them by the bins and the council collect them.

No. You can get fined for leaving garden waste by the bin. We got a permit from the townhall( free) which allows you to dispose of garden waste at the tip
Happy in the sun.
