There is a great little app for this called Happy Cow. Will show you all the vegetarian/vegan restaurants local to your phone with recommendations etc. Apple or Android we use it all over Spain, travelling EU and UK.

There’s a good vegetarian restaurant in Torrevieja, BEET.

Sorry, not sure about cab fare. It’s only about 10kms from Quesada so can’t be too much.
