Street number to plot number

Street number to plot number

Does anyone know where, using a street address (it's in Toretta 2), I can look up the related plot number online?

Does it not state plot number in the original deeds, it does in mine,

Philip - Thank you for your quick and courteous reply. There are no plot or street numbers on the walls of the rather old and dilapidated part of Toretta 2 I am seeing. That is my problem. I was rather thinking about looking up some cross reference somewhere (unless I'm missing one in Google). I'll go to Correos in Torrevieja - surely they must know. But thanks for spending the time to reply.

Gustav yes you're right of course but, well, it's a long story involving the dreaded Iberdrola and it's not about the deeds. Thanks for the reply.

You will be able to zone in on your property on this webpage
https://www1.sedecatastro.gob.es/Cartog ... =3&mun=133

You can also use www.registro.es to download a Nota Simple. It costs about €9 and you will have it by return.

How about typing the house number and street address in the search box for Google maps, and it may be that simple. Good luck

Thanks for all the replies. I'll have a go at registro. Google does not have an accurate take on the property - it thinks it is somewhere that it isn't.

Thanks again to all.

My plot number is also on my deeds, but it’s also listed on my SUMA account and electric and water bills. It’s even on my padron. I guess it was registered that way when the house was built many years ago.
If you’re on a community, check with the president/ administrator.

As well as the SUMA bill the catastrato map has every property in Torrevieja listed. I would be surprised if your property is not on it. Did you manage to find your property on the link I posted? You zoom into the street and plot where the property is. When you click on the plot where your property is you will get a number like this for instance PARCELA CATASTRAL 4169621YH0046N,14 Avenida del Mar, Torrevieja if it's a private standalone house but if it's on a community
then each property will carry that number with an additional number added to distinguish your property i.e PARCELA CATASTRAL 4169621YH0046N "0004E" 15 Calle Whatever, it will then give the block no, floor No and door no i.e Bloque 6, 2E.

https://www1.sedecatastro.gob.es/Cartog ... =3&mun=133

My electric bill gives the overall plot number on the street i.e we are No 15 Calle Whatever, then it gives the Block No 6 and door number 2E. I presume that is the type of information Iberdrola wants.
