Maybe he’s like us and doesn’t live on a urbanisation and not sure of all the charges and where they go and to who and where. The same would also go for us.

I was in a similar position, do keep asking for yourself and others, eventually those who are sarcastic leave. it was a valid question, what is included! You may get some good answers..
I didn’t know who is responsible for the pavements outside our house, still really don’t know if it’s me or the council, there’s two lights outside our house, I’ve been asking the council for two years to repair them, no joy, it might not be their responsibility.
So it’s a valid question, what is exactly included in your suma fees, your local property taxes.
I hope people can answer this posters question.

I remove the weeds which grow on the curb outside our house and I remove my neighbours too. I also regularly brush all the debris that is dropped or thrown onto the roadside. I know s not my job but cannot tolerate dirt and untidiness.

I do exactly the same , even tho we have a regular street cleaner but it's when the cars move the rubbish is still there,
