Spanish will.. Help please

We are residents in Spain but do not own a house, we rent. My husband has a Sabadell bank Acc and he keeps just enough in it to pay the bills, our money is in UK accounts. We have a car each which are in my husbands name. The question is should we have a Spanish will because at the moment we only have English ones. Any feedback appreciated thanks.

The Notary in Rojales has a pleasant English speaking receptionist there and arranges for you to do make a Spanish will with their solicitor for €45 each.
Myself and my partner have done our wills with them. They are written in English and Spanish for you to read and correct any errors before you sign anything.
All legal and above board.

Hello. If you have bank accounts, personal possessions cars etc you should have a Spanish will. Speak to the estate planner at the Expat center in Donya Peppa near Laguna hotel beside Euromarina house builders and edinas bar.

They are friendly and part of White Doves funerals. Inpartle. They can help you out with all things Expats need visas, all insurances, Hester, wills and power of attorney, Funeral plans which are cheapest in area, family assistance and imparte, which is why I like them. They also make a cup of tea or coffee while your their.

Cut out the middle man and arrange to have one done directly by a notary. Will save you a fortune!

It says a Notary in Spain can charge from €40 to €80 to draw up a Will.

Hi. We made our wills last year in Rojales notary. €45 each was the charge then.
Really helpful land nice. It’s on the right as you come from Bennimar, about 50 yards before you turn left for the bridge. It’s new as the old one was across the road.
