The letter I need from the uk to say I'm not entitled to uk nhs to allow me to go on the convenio especial here in spain does that letter need to be translated to Spanish or do the accept the English version.

If I remember rightly the letter is written in both languages.

Yes we got our letters last year and there was one in English and one in Spanish.
