Iberdrola email, what to do.

Just recently received our Iberdrola Bill which came with the message "We have been unable to upload your consumption data".
Not really sure what I should do with this information. Do I need to take some action.

Tell them to get someone to pedal round and read the meter ..! lol

I'm guessing by your reply that it's nothing I need to be worried about.

It’s their smart meter,so it’s really their problem to sort,just don’t spend the money for the bill when you eventually get it.

Thanks for replying. Does this mean I should expect a big bill next time. Should I contact them for an explanation.

If you put the app on your smart phone you can check your consumption daily,assuming the meter is working.It only seems to download on android not apple as far as we can see, unless someone can tell us differently.

There is an Iberdrola App for Apple as well

Our iPads won’t download app in UK,but will in Spain,was told to alter region we were in ,but gave in eventually & just used android on phone in UK.
