Agency fees for holiday rental

Hi everyone,we have a one bedroom apartment that we rent out as a holiday rental,I look after it, clean it,meet and greet,leave a free welcome pack and am on hand with any questions or problems.However I may have to go back to the uk for a month so will need an agency to look after it.Could you please recommend one and let me know how much they charge for all the above that I do.Thank you.
