Advice please Iberdrola

Advice please Iberdrola

Postby rattyann » Fri Jan 15, 2016 6:02 pm

We recently purchased a property end October and received our first bill. 98 euros for 4 days occupancy. Contract set up by lawyer on purchase, just found out our supplier. Have been told by them it is a penalty for not having an ICP meter fitted. Can anyone tell me how this works? I have been told by Iberdrola we are on a rate called Voluntary Price for the small consumer. Power is 3.3kw. Is this sufficient for occasional use, especially for increased weeks in the summer months? Waiting for a call back from them, would appreciate help in the meantime. I noticed from a post in forum they have an office in Guardamer, is this open at weekends? Thankyou

Hi It's all about the power you use at one time if you try to run two a/c units have the oven on do the washing and boil a kettle you could be in trouble but be carfull about upgeading to high as the standing charge is based on the power supply. Not sure if they are open weekends.
