Anyone else had problems with the new natural gas company?

has anyone else had problems with the new natural gas company .They installed our gas boiler but have not connected our gas fire as will cost them too much.
Despite numerous emails and phone calls they still have not resolved the problem.
Very quick to take our money but workmanship and customer care non existent

Oh dear...hope it wasn't a scammer! But Ambifuego at Los Montesinos are the people to help you with the fire. They are in the complex behind the Torres Hotel and well sign posted. Hope you resolve it.

Yes they are the ones we bought the fire from very good service but natural gas company

Hi did they agree to do this as part of the installation and have you got it in writing?

You would have signed a contract for the gas installation, this installation would have included a number of items to be converted over free of charge.
Dependent on how tough you were with the sales rep, it may be that you already have had your quota of included conversions.

Yes I have it in writing but just not responding to emails etc
