Anyone had problems with Aquagest/Hidraqua online access?

Hi,
Has anyone had any problems with the on-line office access since Aquagest changed to Hidraqua?

I can't remember if I have been into my account since the changeover, which was a name change for Aquagest only, but I went in yesterday and it didn't recognise my log-in details which I know are correct.

Be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem and what they did about it.
