Change of Water Supply ??

Has anyone else noticed that there seems to be a change in our water supply.
At one time the kettle used to get furred up with limescale but that does not happen now and I would estimate that it has not done so for about 18 months.
Also I used to have to add PH - to the swimming pool to bring the PH level down but now I am having to use PH + to increase the PH level.
This suggests that we are receiving our water from a different source. Perhaps we are receiving our mains water from the desalination plant in Torrevieja.

Can't say I've noticed a difference in the water but could be an explanation as to why not received a water bill as yet, should've received it last month??
