Changing tariffs

Changing tariffs

Postby TimT » Wed Feb 13, 2019 2:57 pm

Good afternoon folks, I've recently finalised getting the utilities changed over to my name and registering online with them, I've been looking on the Ibredrola site with the view of trying to get myself a better deal, one of the first questions is, is the house, your Main or Secondary dwelling, well we still live in the UK, but the house we've recently purchased is our main(only) residence in Spain, and the deal I'm thinking of signing up for is the night rate one, which is available under the main residence heading,so apologies if this is a silly question, but I obviously don't want to be accused of fraudulently trying to obtain a better deal, does anyone know how I stand with this? Do they mean any house, or just houses in Spain?

Pop into the offices of Iberdrola, they are very helpful and you will get the correct advice

I’ve just messaged Iberdrola via their Facebook messenger page, so for anyone else who might be interested in the answer, here’s their response.!

Good evening, Tim. To have a second residence tariff it would be necessary to have at least two contracts with Iberdrola. As you only have one, you can subscribe the Night Plan on your Rojales property.
