Thank you for your advice.
Probably best to just stick with the one house for living in and hopefully find jobs out there.
(If we were to move. After buying a property for around £70,000 we would have £80,000 still left in the bank which I suppose would be a very good thing to have just incase we cannot find jobs for a while)

If you own your UK house it may be worth renting it out and renting in Spain first.
Many people find after a year it's not for them but are stuck with a house in Spain they can't sell and are priced out of the UK market.

so what would be the running cost of say average size 2bedroom villa, with a community pool,gas.electric.community charge,water etc.per annum.
