We switched to Curenergia from the 1/6 as we were told this would be cheaper. However, even taking into account the increase in electricity cost, our bills have got more expensive. can I switch back to Iberdrola on a plan?

I'm with iberdrola on the 8 HR cheap tarrif and my bills have also dropped. The bill I received yesterday €19 odd for the expensive time but the cheap rate was only €5 something. That, as well as the tax down to 10% and another 15% discount I arranged in the office, I'm delighted with my bill

How did you get the discount,,was it at an iberdrola office?
I’m thinking of going on the eight hour rate for evening heating.

Went into the office in guademar and asked for their best deal. He gave me some options, ie overnight, 8 hour etc. Offered me the 15% discount for a year. I've to go back to the office when the years up to see what deals they have. I'm on the eight hours, 3 in the morning when I do washing, ironing and heating/aircon and 5 in the evening, cooking, heating etc

I called them - they explained everything (in English) and all the different rates etc etc. For anyone who thinks it's a better deal think again.......... looks good on the face of it but (a) who can wait until the weekends to do their washing, ((b) cooking between 6pm - 10pm is really expensive (c) Watching the clock all day long is a waste of time.
As I stated if you feel that it would be better for you to change, go to their office or on line and request it. Simples
Me I'm sticking to Day/Night tariff.
Hi, could you tell me the kwh rates you are paying for the daytime/night time contract

Hi there, just noticed you have replied to a topic that’s a year old, it may be different now.
