Help with trying to register for online billing for Hidraqua

Hi can anyone help I am trying to register for online billing for Hidraqua water company but apart from numbers on my bank statement I am unable to confirm what the contract or billing numbers looks like.
Can anyone give me an idea of how many digits I am looking for.

The Contract number has 6 numbers (going by my Hidraqua contract number) - ie, 107098
