We reduced our bills by going on the cheaper off peak tariff when the electricity is cheaper overnight and until lunchtime. So we do most of the pool filtering during the night, put the washing machine and dishwasher on early morning etc. Saves about 50 euros a month.

Hi sounds about right it depends on how long the pump is running sometimes the timer packs up and the pump works all day and night, also you will need the pump on more in the summer than the winter, I would do as above get on the high low tariff ASAP if not already on it

Some one has given directions the to Iberdrola but has anyone got the full address for the shop please?

Thanks

Thanks for all your comments as our lawyer has power of attorney they are trying to sort it for us the1st bill was 214.55 euros which then came down to 77 euros after we contacted them we thought this too was still too high !
we do have a pool man looking after our pool so maybe we should email him as well.
Many thanks for your replies.
