Iberdrola -no bills

Iberdrola -no bills

Postby LizzyW56 » Thu Dec 16, 2021 1:31 pm

I have not received an Iberdola bill and no money has come out of my account since September 2021. Has the billing period changed (I have not seen anything to this effect) or is there something going on somewhere?

No, it is still monthly. Ours come out the beginning of each month like clockwork.
I suggest you contact Iberdrola to find out why. In some cases, banks have been amalgamated and account numbers have changed.

It happened to my direct debits a few years ago when my community fees and internet payments stopped after Bancaja changed to Bankia. Took 2 years for it to happen but I'd definitely get on to Iberdrola if I were you.

We too are with Caixa. I wonder whether something has happened with this bank´s amalgamation? I am going to enquire with Iberdrola.

We’ve found Iberdrola bills are very erratic unless you are on a fixed sum monthly payment. We have a smart meter and sometimes the bill is for 6 weeks consumption and then 2 weeks later they take another payment for 14-15 days supply.

I’m sure they just wait until they need a load of money then dip into your bank account on completely random dates. Last year (2020) we had 15 electricity bills! One of them was only for 13 days and another was for 43 days supply. Not unusual for us to go a full calendar month with no bill at all then we get hit for two over the next six weeks.

Baser sent out two bills end Oct and beg of Nov, about 3 days apart. Next bill was mid November and then received one on Tuesday,.Last December my bill was 80€. This year €209. Needless to say we’d changed to Iberdrola by Tuesday lunchtime.

I’ve just checked my bill and my online account and there’s no email address. However if you log into your account online, there is a contact us web page.

Thank you for the information
Unfortunately I don’t have a online account with them
And no billing payment over here with me to refer to
So I don’t remember my account number with them
I am sure they will take it out soon enough

Probably turn off the power to the property as no bills being paid

Hi everyone, does anyone receive their bill in English language, as my bills are always in Spanish and I don’t understand it’s content apart from the amount it costs. I live in UK
