You a trouble - never, Jan!!

You need to be in

Gestations on Line

then choose CONTRATOS

then choose FACTURAS

When you get to FACTURAS you will see bill dates - going back I think two years - and if you want to look at one of them you just click on whichever one you want and it will open. As I first went on this scheme a few years back I can't remember the time frame for first viewing the bills. I think that all I can say is just check that you are in the right "area" as it is easy to get lost - and their English translation system is not user friendly!!!

Thanks Sandra but I think I will have to wait a few days to see if anything changes but at the moment this is all I can see in the Online Office :

I have clicked on 'change to English' and my name is at the top and to the right it says "you are in Online Office" with a 'Sign Out' button.

To the left there are only 3 items to click on 1. Configuration (click on this and it just goes back to the same On-line Office page) 2. Sign up (Click on this and it says "Shortly, the Online Office will be available in English. We are working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience" ) 3. Subscriptions (click on this and the same comes up - "Shortly, the Online Office will be available in English. We are working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience." :?

Do you know if the water company have an on-line office too, this is fun? ;)

Hi Jan

Yes - Aquagest have online billing as well. Makes life a lot easier sorting out finances from the UK when you get an email when your bill is ready to view ........

Thanks Anne. I wish I had done this ages ago. We never see our actual bills until we're in Spain - piling up in our post box! Also sometimes the direct debit seems quite high for the months we are not there. At least this way we can check it regularly.

Jan.
