Iberdrola

Iberdrola

Postby Curious » Sat Dec 08, 2018 12:36 am

iberdrola have been sending out their bills monthly for the past year. I’m still awaiting November’s bill. It does not show online and nothing taken from the bank account. Does anyone know if they have gone back to every two months.? I have a holiday home so not in Spain till after Christmas to check it out.

Still monthly for us. Last online bill was for the 27th November and it was charged to our bank account yesterday.
Next billing date will be Jan 5th.

Thank you Marcliff. It appears I have a problem to sort out.

We live on Lo Crispin and our last bill was up to 31 Oct. the Iberdrola app has carried on the reading so it looks like we will be getting a bill for two months, hopefully!

Don’t fret. Over the last eighteen bills we have received, the number of days billed each month varied from as low as 25 in June 2017 to as high as 36 in October 2018, with seemingly absolutely no consistency with any two months billing periods. Seems a strange way to generate invoices, but they do arrive.....eventually.

I get my bills each month, but the amounts are only debited from my bank account every 3 months.

We have a smart meter now and I have now been using the online site to track our consumption really well lately. Our bills seem to be all over the place recently too. Every time I log on it shows the estimated cost for the forthcoming bill but it just keeps changing as I have no idea when the next bill will be. The latest one is up to 44 days as we speak but it has been for as little 13 days in the past?????

Thank you all. I’m on Lo Crispin and it seems the meter has not been read. At least the problem is not at my end. It’s always a worry when trying to manage from the UK.
