Apart from "1,017kwh?" which is 3 times the amount we have used in August, there is no tariff on that bill except for the stable pricing. Only the day/night and 8 hours tariff do not attract the gas levy and then only if taken out before April 26th this year. This is not Iberdrola it is a government compensation scheme to plug the gap between the price the gas companies have to pay and what they can charge the electricity providers.
The good news is that this is being waived for electric only as from either this month or next month (it wasn't made clear in the government statement).
About 10% of the population is on a non-tariff agreement and they are the ones bearing the brunt of these charges.
Our bill for August (on the 8 hour plan which is valid for 5 years) was €68 and that was using the aircon more often. We have just had our bill for September (when we only used the aircon for the first week) and that is €58.96.
Hopefully this gas charge will no longer be levied.

Its called Stable Tariff. In essence a 24 hour rate.
Its on the bill there, showing as 21.3667c kWh. It also shows the 5% + 15% , total 20% discount from that, so that bill was charged at 18.156c kWh.
I did phone Iberdrola after posting the bill here, and they explained there was nothing they could do about the gas charge as it was a Government regulatory charge by Royal Decree. The girl on the phone explained it was to help bring the cost of electricity down. I asked how its brining my bill down as tis almost doubled the energy usage part, and she said "Yeah its a bit confusing, it affects me at home too and I also don't use gas". I also asked her why I had the gas charge as I didn't have gas, and she said its because they use gas to generate electricity. I then pointed out that on their website Iberdrola claim to provide me with 100% renewable energy, which could not include any gas, only renewable sources. She didn't know how to answer. The reality of course is that the energy they contribute might be 100% renewable, but the power we get provided from the grid comes from all sources.
I have not seen anything about this gas charge stopping for electricity only users, Iberdrola said it would be until May 2023 unless it gets extended at some future time.
She did take 3c off my base unit rate though, so at least thats softened the blow a fraction.
