Recomend company for water and electricity supply

Postby Julien » Mon Jun 24, 2013 6:27 pm

Hello, the agent recommend me to connect water and electricity supply provided by Aquagest Levante and Hidroelectrica Espanola. Does any one know that they are good regarding the price and service? Does anyone know how long that takes from submitting the paper to the connection, so far the residents live in the same block already have the water and electricity connections for both years ago.

Thanks

Hello Juliene,

We have been with Aquagest Levante for about 8 years and have not have any trouble with them. They have a good on-line service and all the bills can be seen in their virtual office and it's very easy to pay by direct debit through the bank.
We are with Iberdrola for electricity. They also have an on-line office where you can see all bills and find out how to sign up for electricity : https://www.iberdrola.es/customers/online-office/access It may be worth checking them out too.

Hello Juliene,
We have been with Aguagest for the last 20 years and drink their water as long as that.
BONUS. Put the water in a 5 liter jar and leave it for 3-4 days without a cap.
Then fill 1,5 liter waterbottles ,put them in the fridge and bingo. Perfect water and no taste whatsoever.
We are still alive and in good health.

Do you know what is the basis for quarterly water charge? Does this basis includes some m3 of water consumption regardless if you use it or not?
