SIMA GAS SALES - MARILÓ MASIP

Does anyone have any experience with dealing with SIMA and in particular Mariló when taking out a contract for gas natural. I am at my wits end with the woman and am about to take out a denuncia against her and SIMA for breach of contact.

I have to say I was not at all impressed with her though I did manage to get my system installed with only a couple of hiccups. I think basically she is only interested in the sale. Other friends in different parts of Quesada received much more back up and support from other agents.

Well since I sent an email to her, her boss, and SIMA yesterday telling that I was going to denounce them, they all turned up yesterday afternoon. We had a massive shouting match in the street, but today a technico arrived at 08.30 to sort out the various problems (We have been waiting 8 months). He couldn't actually fix the problem but he promises that he will be back next week with the necessary parts. I have his phone number as well now.

Nightmare! We have to make this decision next year (presumably) and think we will probably not bother. We know someone who has had the piped gas for some months and still doesn't even have enough pressure to cook with.
It would be really helpful to have a range of opinions and experiences on this thread...

I know others nearby, also near the golf course, who have signed up with another sales company are also having problems actually getting supplied. It seems to be all about the sales, then not enough back-up from the installation department, or from the Gas company itself.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems. I signed up with Marilo and Danny and had no real problems. Took a few weeks from signing to installation and required one prodding email from me but otherwise the installation went more or less as expected, and I am not aware of anyone down our street having any problems. However the water heater fitted was faulty but a call to the Head Tech resulted in a new replacement water heater being installed relatively quickly.
Maybe they are becoming overwhelmed as more people sign up. Hope you get a satisfactory outcome soon.
